Worst late night show ever.
7-11>Helicopters * featuring the keyboard player from Leftover friggin Salmon of all people represents everything wrong with this band in 04. I apreciate that they just wanted to improv as much as possible, but my god..the Biscuits dont get more boring than this. People were going to sleep left and right, at least the people who werent complaining about how far the Biscuits had fallen over the past few years.
The Basis intro is underrated in a major way, and Basis as a whole from this show is one of the few bright spots from a god awful year. Mountain King was a stellar opener. Jigsaw segment has a few moments but nothing that'd crack a "top 5 jams of a show" from any random show from 99-03 or 06-10.
I'll give it a 1 for somehow having a 2-song set that plays it as safe as humanly possible.
Leftover Salmon. jesus.

this show's all good...
this show isn't bad at all. i was in attendance & the "In the Hall of the Mountain King" was a good show-off to Umphrey's Mcgee who played it earlier that day. confrontation>basis is great. some good bouncy jams. i remember getting real excited to hear pilin it higher sandwich'd betwixt jigsaw. i was a little disappointed with a 2-song second set, but whatever. can't complain about a 7-11>helix trance with leftover keyboardist. not my favorite show, but good memories. 3.75 stars rounded up.

Babies
All the babies bitch because not every show is perfect
Most all of the songs are just jams. Confrontation is only about 3 minutes long itself until it gets right down into a nasty 20 minute jam>basis. the helicopters is one big trance fest. excellent show

Are you nuts - this show is off the hook - have you even listened to 7/11->Helicopters. That shit is crazy. Basis for a Day is also amazing - totally a five star show.

This was a decent show, not one of biscos best, but not so bad that it should cause anyone to cry about it and be all pissed. Sound quality is good, and the show was chill. Worth the download.

What the F????
I hate to use the previous reviews in my review of this show... but talk about off the mark. I know everybody has their own opinion, but this show is piss poor. If you really want one of the biscuits BEST Festival preformances, go to 10/5/02 (or 10/4/02). This show is NOT a good showing of the biscuits. I dont know how these tapes sound, as i have a non plan C source (which sound excellent... and unfortunatly wasnt up for Plan C review).. but good lord, if you want to hear a good biscuits show, even a good recent biscuits show, look eslewhere

all good bisco
out of the three shows that i have gone too, this show and 11/28 chemical warfare included, i have most been impressed by this. probably the sickest opening to a show i have heard, not to mention the fact that they were showing up mcgee with mountain king. top it all off with copters to greet the sun. definately a show to have.enjoy!
